HELLO
Ashley Williams is the owner of Bloom and Grow Daycare. Ashley has been operating the daycare since 2019, but has many years of experience working in a daycare setting. She is a passionate provider, after originally wanting to be a teacher she found that working in the daycare field was the right path because she could teach the children more about core values and how to grow up to be kind and loving in this ever changing society.
My Story
Ashley embarked on her journey at Renee's Little Rascals Daycare when she was just 16 months old, and she remained a part of her daycare until she reached the age of 18. She started working for Renee in the summer of 2011, and as she moved through high school, she transitioned into a full-time role, dedicating her time even after graduation. During high school, Ashley participated in the ROP class for teaching, where she had the opportunity to work in a 2nd-grade classroom for a few months. This experience provided her with valuable insights into the foundations of Early Childhood Development and what it’s like to work in a classroom setting.Throughout her life, Ashley has always had a passion for working with children, but she found that the traditional teaching methods in classrooms did not resonate with her. This realization led her to believe that a daycare setting would be a more suitable path for her aspirations.
In 2019, with encouragement and support from Renee, Ashley took the leap to open her own daycare, a decision that has proven to be one of the most fulfilling choices she has ever made. Even now, Ashley and Renee's daycares maintain a close bond, often walking together almost every Monday morning, as they are fortunate to live in the same neighborhood.​​
